Our Client is one of the leading European companies working within Convenience products sector, serving international gastronomy, HoReCa, retail trade and food industry businesses. The company enters the Ukrainian market intending to set up a small production site - but with further expansion plans - in order to support relationship with the existing international clients that are present in Ukraine as well as to develop business with new clients. Due to this fact, we are seeking for a talented and experienced executive to fill the Managing Director position. The Managing Director will need to successfully execute the Firm’s business development strategy, being responsible for the overall business of the company and team – production, logistics/supply chain, marketing and sales. This also includes such tasks for the upcoming year, as coordination of the production start process (construction, regulatory approvals etc); building up and leading the management team, creating an appropriate organisational and management structure according to the company standards; oversee, direct and coordinate activities of the departments involved in the production, supply chain, pricing, delivery and distribution of products to better satisfaction of the customers.
